Durham Region listings are down 3% from this time last year. Sales are down 37% and sale prices are also down 14% compared to February 2017.
 
The average selling price in Durham Region reached $598,412 in March 2018.

Pickering has seen a 13% decrease in average selling price. Listings are up 20% and sales are down 30%.
 
Ajax has seen a 19% decrease in the number of listings, and a 43% decrease in the number of sales. The average selling price is 14% lower than this time last year.
 
Whitby saw a 1% decrease in the number of listings as compared to last year, but a 37% decrease in the number of sales. The average selling price decreased by 17%.
 
Clarington had an 4% increase in the number of listings. There was a 37% decrease in the number of sales, and the average selling price decreased by 17%.
 
Oshawa experienced a 9% decrease in the number of listings, and a 40% decrease in the number of sales. The average selling price decreased by 16%.
