Durham Region listings are down 22% from this time last year. Sales are down 50% and sale prices are also down 13% compared to April 2017.
 
The average selling price in Durham Region reached $609,813 in April 2018.

Pickering has seen an 18% decrease in average selling price. Listings are down 19% and sales are down 23%.
 
Ajax has seen a 19% decrease in the number of listings, and a 39% decrease in the number of sales. The average selling price is 11% lower than this time last year.
 
Whitby saw a 29% decrease in the number of listings as compared to last year, and a 38% decrease in the number of sales. The average selling price decreased by 15%.
 
Clarington had a 19% decrease in the number of listings. There was a 34% decrease in the number of sales, and the average selling price decreased by 16%.
 
Oshawa experienced a 21% decrease in the number of listings, and a 42% decrease in the number of sales. The average selling price decreased by 13%.
